Remember one more important thing. Those articles are not private label rights and I do not recommend using them if you can find private label articles on the same subject. Use article only if you can not find private label articles.

With that said here is what you can do to use 277k to have your very own article directory with adsense code in it.

1. Get domain name
2. Get hosting with at least 2 GB hard disk space
3. Install script
4. Populate script database from database file
5. You are done

Database you have is large so you will not be able to populate script database using web interface. I suggest upload database file to your hosting account and then contact your hosting company to populate database for you.
